We are currently seeking a PROGRAM/PROJECT MANAGER to lead our federal environmental program and practice. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working on federal projects. Experience managing indefinite delivery contracts for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (any District) is required. Candidate must also posses a current PE or PG license.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of program/project performance, including but not limited to, overall direction for the successful execution of all project level activities, on-time delivery of project deliverables, project planning, personnel productivity, technical quality, contract and subcontract implementation, and budget control.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. The ability to develop and mentor junior level staff is highly desirable. Project related and marketing travel to support clientele will be required.
This position is an outstanding opportunity for people looking to move into a key manager role with a young, but growing company.
Salary is commensurate with experience - range $90,000-$120,000 |

Stell Environmental Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Geologist for our office in Elverson, Pennsylvania B.S. or M.S. in Geology and 2-3 years of experience required. Must present a positive, professional image, be a self-starter, client service oriented and work with minimal supervision. Starting Salary $30 - 40K, depending on experience and skills. Competitive benefit package available.
Duties and Responsibilities · Field geologist to perform field investigation tasks including: logging of boreholes, aquifer tests, collection of environmental samples, and environmental assessments. · Assist in preparation of project Work Plans. · Compile and interpret hydrogeologic and chemical data collected in the field including: boring logs, cross-sections, potentiometric surface maps, and ground water and soil isoconcentration maps. · Assist in preparation of reports presenting field efforts completed and recommendations for further work, if necessary. · Assemble project deliverables. · Knowledge of Excel and Word desired. |
